Electronic Poker : Wagering Tricks

[ English | Deutsch | Español | Français | Italiano ]

Love to gamble on video poker machines? Walk into any betting house in Vegas and 1 thing you will immediately see is that the casinos spend a ton of floor space on machines. Much of that arrangement goes to electronic Poker. If you have wagered on Video Poker for even a bit of time, you are aware that not all machines were created equal. As the years have gone by, more and more "specialty" electronic poker machines have come into being. At this time, I am going to share some of my Video Poker tricks, I belief you will love them.

Hint 1: Finding a great game

Finding a good game is as easy as looking at the pay out schedule. You actually want to stay away from unique pay games that have bigger top payouts, but minimize the smaller payouts. For instance, a machine could pay a little more on 4 of a kind, but will pay a lot less on two pair, flushes and full houses. Since you will rack up smaller scale payouts often, mainly because of the chance of acquiring these hands, you should be looking for a strong lower scale pay out system.

Pointer 2: Playing Technique

Discovering how to play competently is a must. Your gambling technique will, in the long run, determine your typical return and your finishing cash amount. Knowing what to do in a situation where you have, for instance, two Kings, but four to the flush is essential. Do you keep the Kings and the assured money or throw the dice for the difficult to hit flush? Playing a great machine with an excellent technique will give you an awesome opportunity to win cash over the long term.

Pointer Three: It’s random

For a while, I have observed people gamble on electronic Poker in Vegas using all sorts of groundless movements. Most will just use cold coins to wager, other will depress the buttons super hard, some will hit the machine with their cash before wagering and the list continues on and on. Each hand is setup by a RNG. The instant you start to gamble, the hand is set in stone. The machine will at random choose all the cards from a 52-card deck and hand them out.

Tip Four: There’s no Recollection

This is a very important one. Most players believe that if they begin to observe hands with 3 of a kind, 4 to the royal and so on that the better hands are due any moment. This is merely incorrect. As explained in tip 3, the system uses a RNG to build the hands. The system has no memory. It doesn’t have knowledge that you have not had a full house in 400 hands or that you’ve just had 3, 4 of a kind hands in sequence. It is probable you could go 100k hands and not receive a four of a kind and it’s very likely to get ten in a row. The machine does not track, because in the long run, the numbers work out.

I hope these pointers have helped you grow as a Video Poker player. Myths on how the game functions can be a lot more deadly than merely betting incorrectly. I have seen players spend (and lose) a multitude of dollars on a video poker machine just because they believed the machine had a memory and was "bound" to hit. Don’t fall into traps like this. Be aware that electronic Poker is just luck and has to be bet on carefully. Now, go enjoy yourself.
